TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Amanda Cassar Yoga provides yoga teaching via online and in person classes, workshops, and retreats. By signing up to or participating in any offering from Amanda Cassar Yoga you agree to accept all of the terms and conditions and will adhere to them.

Waiver of Liability

I agree that I am voluntarily participating in an online or in person class, workshop or on retreat offered by Amanda Cassar.

I understand and recognise that classes with Amanda Cassar can be physically strenuous. I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge and awareness of the risks involved.

I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation and agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injury or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the class or workshop. I will take accountability for alerting Amanda Cassar of any injury or impairment in advance before class begins or if I do not want to receive any assists.

I understand that photos and videos may be taken of the class and used by Amanda Cassar Yoga in promotional material online. I agree that it is my responsibility to make myself known should I not wish to be photographed or filmed.

Whilst on retreat and if you are attending an in person class, I accept full responsibility for all belongings. Amanda Cassar Yoga does not accept responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged goods.

Booking & Purchase Policy

I agree that all class bookings are final and non-refundable. There is a Strict 24 hours late cancellation policy.

The Yoga class packs have 2 month expiry which activates on first use. No extension will be given except in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of Amanda Cassar Yoga.

When booking on a retreat I understand that my reservation will be secured when paying the required deposit. I understand that the deposit paid is non refundable and non transferable. I agree that I will pay the remaining balance for the retreat by the required date.

Regardless of reason, If cancellations are made within the last 8 weeks of the retreat starting, no refund is possible on the balance either. To protect against any loss Amanda Cassar recommends you obtain related insurance cover.

I understand it is my own responsibility to have insurance in place. I will ensure I have medical and travel insurance that covers the area I will be in and the activities I will be doing.
