In YIN Yoga you go on a journey through the landscapes of your inner map, going beyond muscles and bones to the layer of the subtle body.

SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS. Men and Women.

Yin Yoga is a still, passive style of yoga with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time. 
You come into the pose, remain still and hold the pose for time. Free your fascia and release deep tension in the whole body from your feet to your calves, hamstrings, hips, shoulders, back and neck.

Yin Yoga is profoundly healing and nourishing - it works on the physical, energetic and emotional layers of the body. When we become more aware of what habitual tensions and holding is going on within, we then have the power to let it go, transforming tightness into spaciousness.
It is so important to SLOW DOWN and this blissful practise balances our dynamic and fast paced lifestyles.

The essence of Yin is yielding - The sessions will be slow, meditative and aim to cultivate an awareness of inner silence. This is what you need if you are burning the candle at both ends! As a balance if you are usually practising a more ‘yang-style’ of Yoga. Or just need a little you time...

winter months:

Winter is the season of Yin energy; it’s a time to nurture and nourish from within. During the transition into the internal, contracting energy of colder, darker days, you can have Yin yoga to support you.

Please note in YIN you will not generate heat internally, please have extra layers of clothes and socks. I also highly recommend bringing a wrap or small blanket (something cosy) for Savasana, final relaxation.

PRICE: £16.00 p/p

Mats and bolsters are provided. Although you are welcome to bring your own.

Booking opens a month in advance. The dates are posted on my social media feed and emailed to subscribers.

Due to space, booking is limited.
YIN sessions timings are 6.15-7.45pm
Bookings are non refundable.
